Peaty's Tubeless Puncture plugger kit
It’s still possible to tear a tyre whist running Rimpact. As such we use tyre plugs to get us out of a sticky situation on epic rides.
Peaty's unique single-sided fork design allows for multiple plug sizes to be easily rolled into the dip of the fork and pushed straight into the tyre. The open side to the fork then allows for the tool to be easily pulled back out of the hole without pulling the plug out with it.
Made from high quality 316 Stainless steel, the fork is designed to be as short as possible to reduce the chance of you puncturing your rim tape when inserting a plug. The fork has also been designed with a reaming texture on the shaft, to clean out punctures before plugging, and to be as slim as possible, so it doesn't widen the size of the hole already there.
Shrinking down to a tiny 65mm x 19mm, this tool has been designed to easily fit into your pocket or slot into a tool wrap or backpack.With knurling on the tool base and ribbing on the lid, you shouldn't have any issues gripping the tool, even in the muddiest of conditions.Simply unscrew the lid and thread it onto the rear of the tool to make a sturdy handle to hold onto while inserting the plug.This pack includes three thick (3mm) plugs and three thin (1.5mm) plugs. These plug sheets can be neatly wrapped around the fork and stored neatly inside the compact water-sealed body. Holeshot refill plug sheets also sold separately packaged with cardboard header cards & in biodegradable bags.
- With no tight gap to squeeze through, the plug is far less likely to pull back out when the tool is extracted the fork is sharp tipped & as slim as possible so it doesn't widen the size of the - hole already there.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted our customer service team for a reference number. Our email is admin@rimpactmtb.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds When Purchased Via RimpactMTB.com (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@rimpactmtb.com.
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact admin@rimpactmtb.com for a returns reference and postage address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty:
If you believe the item has failed prematurely or is defective upon receipt and would like to peruse a warranty claim, please contact admin@rimpactmtb.com and let us know. For instances where the product was purchased through an approved retailer – please contact the retailer as a first port of call. The retailer will then contact Rimpact directly on admin@rimpactmtb.com and await instructions.
Rimpact PRO and Original carry a 30 day Warranty from the date of purchase which covers Manufacturer defects or premature failure. It does not cover misuse or damage as a result of incorrect installation. More information is available on our website, www.rimpactmtb.com.
Refunds When Purchased from an Approved Rimpact Stockist:
When Purchased from an Approved Rimpact Stockist, please refer to the terms and conditions displayed by the retailer. All refunds will be processed at the discretion of the retailer, Rimpact Components LTD take no responsibility for the acceptance or denial of refund by the retailer.
Customs and Import Fees
If you are purchasing products from Rimpact to be delivered into the European Union (including Northern Ireland), please be aware the MAY be a fee in the form of VAT, Import Tax, Courier Fees or other. These fees are not levied by Rimpact Components LTD and we are not charging these fees at the point of sale meaning you are not being asked to pay twice.
All fees are to be payed by the customer and Rimpact Components LTD will not cover any import, VAT or Courier fees related to the importation of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to know their country's rules and fees prior to purchasing goods from Rimpact Components LTD and doing so acknowledges that the customer will be liable to pay all fees. You can check your country's import fees on your Government's website.
Rimpact will not refund any import Tax, VAT, courier fees or related fees that the customer chooses to pay. This does not affect your refund policy or statutory rights.
