Like our Pro insert, the EDH utilises a dual density design with a dense protection shell that helps dissipate extreme forces in combination with our classic Original foam that cuts vibration. Crafted from high-quality closed cell foam, the Rimpact EDH is engineered for maximum durability and resilience. Its unique design provides unbeatable impact absorption, reducing the risk of tyre damage and giving you the confidence to tackle any line with confidence.
But the EDH isn't just about protection – it also delivers unrivalled support, vibration damping and run flat performance. Its optimized shape enhances traction and stability, giving you the grip and control you need with heavier Ebike chassis and higher speed DH runs.
Rimpact Inserts must be used in conjunction with an insert compatible valve.
Optimised for 2.5” tyres and 35mm internal rims. Compatible with narrower set ups but fitting difficulty increases dramatically for smaller sizes. Unless adept as insert installation, the Pro V2 will be a more appropriate option for 2.4” and 30mm rims.
Use about 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle to ensure the extra surface area of the insert is coated with plenty of fluid to spare. Our inserts are closed cell and cannot absorb liquid however some sealant will cling to the outside of the insert requiring a slightly higher dosage. It can be injected through Rimpact Valves but is best poured directly into the tyre.

Returns and Warranty Policy
Returns Policy if Purchased Direct from RimpactMTB.com:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted our customer service team for a reference number. Our email is customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds When Purchased Via RimpactMTB.com (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact customerservice@rimpactmtb.com for a returns reference and postage address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty:
If you believe the item has failed prematurely or is defective upon receipt and would like to peruse a warranty claim, please contact customerservice@rimpactmtb.com and let us know. For instances where the product was purchased through an approved retailer – please contact the retailer as a first port of call. The retailer will then contact Rimpact directly on admin@rimpactmtb.com and await instructions.
Rimpact PRO and Original carry a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase which covers manufacturer defects or premature failure. It does not cover misuse or damage as a result of incorrect installation. More information is available on our website, www.rimpactmtb.com.
Refunds When Purchased from an Approved Rimpact Stockist:
When purchased from an approved Rimpact stockist, please refer to the terms and conditions displayed by the retailer. All refunds will be processed at the discretion of the retailer, Rimpact Components LTD takes no responsibility for the acceptance or denial of refund by the retailer.
Customs and Import Duties
If you are purchasing products from Rimpact to be delivered into the European Union (including Northern Ireland), please be aware you will be charged a fee in the from of VAT, Import Tax and/or Courier Fees. These fees are not levied by Rimpact Components LTD and we are not charging these fees at the point of sale meaning you are not being asked to pay twice. The fee will be paid to the courier who will pass the tax on to your Government. If the total value of the basket is under 150 Euros it will be approximately 20% or your countries VAT rate and a small courier charge - essentially the same as you'd pay on goods bought from within your country, minus the courier charge. Orders over 150 Euros may incur an Import charge.
All fees are to be paid by the customer and Rimpact Components LTD will not cover any import, VAT or Courier fees related to the importation of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to know their country's rules and fees prior to purchasing goods from Rimpact Components LTD and doing so acknowledges that the customer will be liable to pay all fees. You can check your country's import fees on your Government's website.
Rimpact will not refund any import Tax, VAT, courier fees or related fees that the customer chooses to pay. This does not affect your refund policy or statutory rights.
