Rimpact is a Bristol, UK-based company founded in 2018 by Matt Shearn—born from a simple need for better bike parts. Frustrated with the available options, Matt designed inserts for his own bike, and soon after, interest from friends and fellow riders led to the birth of Rimpact.

 

Since then, we've expanded our lineup to include inserts for all types of off-road bicycles. Three more likeminded riders joined the movement over the next few years and building on that success, we’ve also developed the Chain Damper and TMD, projects that have been quietly evolving in our workshop for years.

We're still a small team of passionate cyclists and every product we sell is either wholly produced or substantially processed and assembled in-house by us at our Bristol location.
