Please Note: There is a 'No Valves' product option available in the drop down menu that ships without valves for those who are replacing a set of inserts and already own a pair of Insert compatible Valves. Rimpact must be used in conjunction with an insert compatible valve design like ours or Peaty's Mk2 Valves .
Suitable for rims with an inner diameter of 35mm - 45mm and tyre widths 2.6" - 3.0". It is possible to use the insert with narrower or wider tyre but it will increase the difficulty of fitting. Do not purchase if your rims are out side of this spec, we have an Original version better suited to narrower rims.
Use about 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle to ensure the extra surface area of the insert is coated with plenty of fluid to spare. Our inserts are closed cell and cannot absorb liquid however some sealant will cling to the outside of the insert requiring a slightly higher dosage. It can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tyre.
Weight: approx 138g per insert for 29" and 125g approx for 27.5".

Returns and Warranty Policy
Returns Policy if Purchased Direct from RimpactMTB.com:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted our customer service team for a reference number. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds When Purchased Via RimpactMTB.com (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, please contact email@example.com for a returns reference and postage address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you believe the item has failed prematurely or is defective upon receipt and would like to peruse a warranty claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. For instances where the product was purchased through an approved retailer – please contact the retailer as a first port of call. The retailer will then contact Rimpact directly on email@example.com and await instructions.
Rimpact PRO and Original carry a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase which covers manufacturer defects or premature failure. It does not cover misuse or damage as a result of incorrect installation. More information is available on our website, www.rimpactmtb.com.
Refunds When Purchased from an Approved Rimpact Stockist:
When purchased from an approved Rimpact stockist, please refer to the terms and conditions displayed by the retailer. All refunds will be processed at the discretion of the retailer, Rimpact Components LTD takes no responsibility for the acceptance or denial of refund by the retailer.
Customs and Import Duties
If you are purchasing products from Rimpact to be delivered into the European Union (including Northern Ireland), please be aware the MAY be a fee in the form of VAT, Import Tax, Courier Fees or other. These fees are not levied by Rimpact Components LTD and we are not charging these fees at the point of sale meaning you are not being asked to pay twice.
All fees are to be payed by the customer and Rimpact Components LTD will not cover any import, VAT or Courier fees related to the importation of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to know their country's rules and fees prior to purchasing goods from Rimpact Components LTD and doing so acknowledges that the customer will be liable to pay all fees. You can check your country's import fees on your Government's website.
Rimpact will not refund any import Tax, VAT, courier fees or related fees that the customer chooses to pay. This does not affect your refund policy or statutory rights.
